All signals, alerts, model outputs, and data provided by Anvesti are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to serve as investment advice or as a basis for any financial decision.

2. No Financial Advice

Anvesti is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Use of this platform does not create an advisor-client or fiduciary relationship of any kind. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decision.

3. Past Performance

Past performance of any signal, model, alert, or strategy displayed on Anvesti is not indicative of future results. Markets are inherently unpredictable and all investing involves the risk of partial or total loss of capital.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any investment or financial decisions you make. Anvesti assumes no liability for financial losses, missed opportunities, or any other damages incurred through your use of this platform or reliance on its content. In no event shall Anvesti's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Anvesti may display data sourced from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Anvesti account or accessing any account-level feature, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not create an account or access restricted features. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Anvesti service.

2. Description of Service

Anvesti provides stock alert and market signal tools for educational and informational purposes. Access to certain features requires an active subscription.

3. Subscription and Billing

Access to premium features requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Anvesti does not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

4. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate and complete account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• You may not share, resell, or redistribute Anvesti content or signals without written permission.
• You may not use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform.
• You may not use signals or data for market manipulation or any commercially redistributed service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, models, signals, and data provided through Anvesti are the intellectual property of Anvesti. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Anvesti service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Anvesti does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Termination

Anvesti reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Anvesti service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

By using the Anvesti platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the Disclaimer. You acknowledge that all content provided is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

1. Data We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number
• Authentication provider data provided by Google or Microsoft when you sign in via SSO
• Usage data: pages visited, features accessed, session duration, and interaction logs
• Subscription and billing information processed by third-party payment providers

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to provide and operate the Anvesti service, send account notifications and stock alerts, improve platform performance, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers (including Firebase and payment processors) strictly to operate the service. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 90 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

5. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, Anvesti will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by applicable law. Notifications will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent for certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@anvesti.com.

• California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal data is collected, to request deletion, to opt out of any sale of personal data (Anvesti does not sell personal data), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
• EU/EEA residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Anvesti may use essential cookies to maintain session state and authentication. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used without your explicit consent.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

Anvesti uses the following third-party service providers who may process your data: Firebase (Google) for authentication and database services — see Firebase Privacy; and Stripe for payment processing — see Stripe Privacy Policy. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
