Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Anvesti account or accessing any account-level feature, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not create an account or access restricted features. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Anvesti service.

2. Description of Service

Anvesti provides educational tools about investing, including stock scores and analysis, model-generated signals and alerts, a simulation (paper-trading) environment, an AI tutor, and an optional connection to a brokerage account you hold. Access to certain features requires an active subscription. Anvesti is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser and does not hold customer funds or securities.

3. Brokerage Connection and Orders

• Optional connection. You may connect a brokerage account you own at a supported third-party broker. That account is governed by your agreement with that broker; Anvesti is not a party to it.
• Self-directed orders only. Anvesti transmits an order to your broker only after you review and approve that specific order in the app. Anvesti does not exercise discretion over your account and does not place orders you have not approved.
• Alerts are not instructions. A close alert (stop loss, profit target, trailing stop or earnings rule) means a rule from your own settings was triggered. You decide whether to act.
• Execution. Prices, fills and timing are determined by your broker and the market. A stop or target level is not a guaranteed price; prices can move past it. Anvesti is not responsible for broker outages, rejected or delayed orders, or execution quality.
• Margin. If you enable margin, losses can exceed the amount you deposited, and your broker may sell positions without notice.
• Disconnecting. You can disconnect your broker at any time in Settings. Disconnecting does not cancel orders already sent to your broker.
• Compensation. Anvesti does not receive payment from any broker for orders you place.

4. Subscription and Billing

Access to premium features requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Anvesti does not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

5. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate and complete account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• You may not share, resell, or redistribute Anvesti content or signals without written permission.
• You may not use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform.
• You may not use signals or data for market manipulation or any commercially redistributed service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, models, signals, and data provided through Anvesti are the intellectual property of Anvesti. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Anvesti service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Anvesti does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Termination

Anvesti reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Anvesti service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Acknowledgment of Disclaimer

By using the Anvesti platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the Disclaimer. You acknowledge that all content provided is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

11. Changes to Terms

Anvesti reserves the right to update these Terms. Material changes will require re-acceptance before continued account access is granted.
